Christmas is almost here that means needing room for more clothes, jewelry and other stuff!
I've been looking around google and other sites to help me with organizing and making room so i throughout to make a tip about it, so here it is!
 
01.) Drawers!
-Use the 'Filing' Method for your shirts, tanktops,shorts,socks skirts and sweatshirts/hoodies. This may even work for your underwear!

Roll your jeans up instead of folding them to save room.
 
02.) Closet
-Big Jackets(like winter jackets)

Organize by season, what you like&dont like, etc
 
03.) Makeup
 
Keep your most used makeup somewhere easy to access on your vanity, desk,etc. I keep mine on a shelf.
Keep the makeup you dont use a lot in a makeup bag, drawers,etc If you have room split all your products up into specific places like; Face Stuff in one drawer, Eye stuff in one drawer, Eye lash curlers,etc in one order, and samples in another
 
//- BRUSHES!
Get a brush holder or make your own.
Use old cups and decorate them!
-Put beads, colored fish gravel, coffee beans, small glass beads, etc in them to hold your brushes in place(have one cup for face brushes. Tiny Brushes, Big Brushes,etc)

Put your bobby pins in a tic tac container, or find an old vintage box and put them in it. I have an old box type thing my dad gave me which i keep them in.
 
Use a old makeup bag to put all your hair ties in or make a hair tie ball.

***--TIPS;
-Keep a garbage bag/bin full of clothes that you dont like, too big/to small while you're doing this. I have a bag in my closet that i'm going to donate to the salvation army once i get a chance.

In the past i think we have all struggeled with becoming confident in our selfs and being more outgoing, personally i've had some past problems with being really so i will give you personal tips tht will help you on the journey to becoming who you want to be.
 

 
~~-One of the first things you want to do is make eye contact with people, if you don't feel comfortable doing this then you don't have to but it will help you. I wouldn't recommend doing this with someone who you really like! As it will make it uncomfortable. After you engage in eye contact try starting a simple conversation, "Hi", "Hello" , "Hey",etc .
 
When you first meet people, you should get their time this way you can use it right away.
 
Just be yourself, don't try to be the popular girl in school who knows everyone.
 
Become friends with guys, they have less drama and they are easier to talk to and you can just vent to them about your girl problems.
 

 
~~Other tips that might help you in becoming outgoing is;
 
01.) Having outgoing friends, by having outgoing friends you will get to meet new people and try new things.
 
02.) Be involved. I overcome my shyness by becoming involved in sports(softball to be exact), i didn't know many people on the team and i got to meet new people and got lots of new friends. Get involved in school activites like band, plays, clubs, sports,etc
 
03.) Smile at People. Smiling at people can make them feel better and that you are genuinely nice. I never had a problem with smiling at people as I've always loved to help people and make friends easily.
 
04.) Have a sense of humor! Be funny, try making jokes about what you have in common with people and even make inside jokes with your friends. By being funny you will be able to lighten the mood and make people want to be around you

We all have those days where we dont feel like taking a shower/washing our hair or we just dont have time and our hair becomes greasy. Instead of going out and buying a super expensive dry shampoo, heres how to make your own(:
 
*If you are naturally a blonde and your hair is getting darker(this happens to most of all blondes) your roots are dark so go with the dark hair instructions.
**There are instructions for Dry Shampoo AND Dry Shampoo Spray!
 
You can use old spice containers, small makeup powder containers and other types of containers for the regular dry shampoo!(:
For the dry shampoo spray you can use any spray bottle!
 
How to use dry shampoo; Sprinkle a small amount onto your scalp(roots!), let the powder absorb the dirt and oils for a couple of minutes and then comb it out.
 
~LIGHT HAIR!~--
01.)Dry Shampoo;-
You will need; Corn starch, Baking soda and essential oil(if you want your hair to smell nice)
 
Combine 1/2 cup corn starch with 2 table spoons of baking soda. You can mix this into a old powder jar or any jar you have laying around.
 
~~DARK HAIR!!~--
 
If you have dark hair and you dont want white powder in your hair use these instructions
 
01.)Dry Shampoo;-
You'll need; Cocoa Powder, Corn starch, essential oil(optional)
 
Combine 1/2 cup of coca powder and 2 tablespoons of corn starch. If you want it scent include a couple drops of essential oil.
 
---&DRY SHAMPOO SPRAY!!;----
 
You will need; Warm water, corn starch( or arrow root). Rubbing Alcohol(vodka, or witch hazel will also work), essential oils or your favorite perfume(for scent)
 
MIx 1 cup warm water, 1/4 cup corn starch or warrow root, 1/4 cup rubbing alchol(vodka or witch hazel), a few drops of essential oils or a spritc of your favorite perfum.
Mix these all into a small spray bottle and shake well!
Shake well before each use, spray on your roots or oil part of your hair and let dry.
 
---&METHOD 2!
 
You'll need; Cornstarch, water, rubbing alchol, small spray bottle
 
Instructions; Mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch, 4 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of rubbing alcohol into a small spray bottle and shake well.
 
Spray it onto your scalp, in your hair and anywhere else it needs to be de-greased. Then run a comb or your fingers through your hair to distribute it. Let your hair dry or use a quick blast of your hair dryer.
 
*You do NOT need to drench your hair! just dampen it

01.) Midol, Ibuprofen,etc
This will help get rid of the cramps, back aches,etc. This is my saviour!
 
02.) Hot compresses.
You can use a heating pad, heating blanket, hot water bottle(the proper ones) or if you have a water bottle like a sports one boil some water either in the stove or in the microwave and put it in the bottle. You can also use a hot towel.
 
03.) Exercising
A moderate exercise schedule can regulate your period and shorten it.
 
04.) Drink lots of water!
Being hyrdrated will make the blood thinner and pass through you quicker
 
05.) Tampons & Mentrual Cps
Tampons can draw the blood out quicker then if you used pads..Make sure its okay with your parents if you use tampons or a menstrual cup.
 
06.) Rest
If your like me and your period literally drains you and makes you weak. Rest! Sleep as much as you can.
 
07.) Bathing
Taking hot showers and baths and letting it run over your stomach is just like a hot compress. Taking baths will also clean your insides out.
 
&CLOTHING-
01.) Wear Dark Clothes. Dark Pants and underwear.
02.) Layer clothing. Dont wear Skinny jeans, wear shorts underneath your jeans or tights/leggings.
 
&TIPS-
 
01.) Femine Deodorant Spray
If you wear pads you are aware of the smell they give if you dont have time to change your pad, this WILL help eliminate the smell! Trust me
 
02.) Heavy Flow
if you have a heavy flow and wear tampons, wear a THIN pad or panty liner if you dont have a high absorbency pad. The blood wont stop at your tampon, i've had this happen to me before.
 
&KEEP TRACK-
To keep track of your period download an app(if you have a smart phone)
Iphone: If you have an iphone there are many apps, i have PinkPad the free one. It keeps track of my period lets me input my symptoms mood and much more. It also notifys you when you are going to get your period. Only down fall of this is if you dont enter your 'flow' everyday you have your period it will think you dont have your period, unless you set it for automatic flow.
 
Android; There are also many apps. When i had an Android i used an app called MyDays.

I've been thinking about bringing my lunch to school, the school lunch isn't all the good they usually have bad stuff and when they do i just get salad. Anyway, i made a list of recipes that sound to amazingly good and that i'd love to try. I hope you do to!(:
* = Required
Also, please remember that you can ADJUST the amount of ingredients you use to fit your surving size
 
•01; Turkey Wrap
 
What you'll need;
*1(8 ounce) package cream cheese(with our without chives)
*2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
*Whole wheat tortillas(any tortilla will do)
* 1 1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce
* Slices of thinly slice deli turkey
* 3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese(any cheese will do)
1 large tomato, seeded and diced(this is optional, but i think it would be a lot better with tomato's!)
1 large avocado slice
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled OR bacon bits
 
-Instructions;
1. Mix together the cream cheese and Dijon Mustard until smooth. about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture spread within 1/4 inch of the edge of tortillas.
2. 1/3 cup of shredded lettuce spread out on each tortilla, press the lettuce down into the cream cheese mixture. Place 2 turkey slices per tortilla over the lettuce, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded swiss cheese over it all. Top each tortilla evenly with tomato, avocado slices(if you chose to use) and bacon(bits or crumbled)
3. Roll each tortilla up tightly, and cut in half diagonally across the middle.
 
Another Version of this is just to use; Tortillas, 1 package cream cheese, lettuce, Slice Turkey 2 cups shredded carrots, and 2 cups minced tomato.
Spread cream cheese evenly over the tortillas, top the cream cheese with lettuce. Arrange turkey evenly ontop of the lettuce. Sprinkle carrots and tomato over the turkey slices. Cut the wraps into bit sized pieces. Secure with toothpicks.
 
•02; BLT Wrap
*Sliced Bacon
*Tortillas
*1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
*lettuce
*1 tomato diced
 
Instructions;
1. Cook Bacon until evenly brown(you can speed up the process by putting aluminum foil over the pan)
2. Place tortilla on a microwave-safe plate. Sprinkle a 1/4(or however much cheese you want to use) cup of cheese onto the tortilla, cook in microwave until cheese is melted. Immediately top with 1/4 cup of bacon(or how ever much bacon you made), lettuce, and tomato. Fold sides over tortilla then roll up.
If you want to make more then one tortilla repeat the steps. You can use however much bacon,cheese, and lettuce you want for your BLT wrap(s)
 
•03; Turkey Quesadillas
(makes 6 Quesadillas)
You'll Need;
*Tortillas
1 1/2 cups vegetables
*8 ounces turkey
*1 cup shredded cheese
Salsa
 
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese onto your tortilla, half the vegetables and half the turkey. Then sprinkle another 1/4 cup of cheese ontop of the vegetables and turkey. Top with a second tortilla.
You can cook or microwave the tortilla for 4-5 minutes per side! or until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
 
Use Salsa as a dipping sauce
 
•04; Buffalo Tuna Wrap
(Serves 2)
*2 tortillas
*Tuna
*2 tablespoons buffalo hot sauce or to taste(any hot sauce will do, but buffalo would be best hence the name buffalo tuna wrap)
1/4 cup celery minced
*1/2 cup shredded lettuce
*1-2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
 
Place tuna in small bowl mix with (buffalo) hot sauce and celery.
Place tortillas on two places. Put half the mixture in the center of the tortilla, top with shredded lettuce and blue cheese dressing.
Fold ends over towards the center, wrap the sides tightly in a roll and slice in half.
